First letter reminding me I'm in arrears, the repayment plan is cancelled and if I don't contact them and make a payment they will consider referring account to solicitors to start legal proceedings or a DCA.

F&f was rejected, they were happy to accept the full amount. Another CCA request sent, no reply received, payments stopped.

Great M&S, despite my ignoring them have agreed to my proposal to pay £10 pcm per debt x2. I may try a speculative F&F.
