Just choose which 10 days you want to respond by - preferably at some point after SB

Westcott can understand why I haven't got in touch with them but we can work together!

Another letter from Westcott introducing themselves. Awaiting Niddy's verdict on the documents I have sent him.

Thank you, I will scan and send; review them at leisure, it's not a priority for you to deal with!

    Ok.

Do do me a fave please. Send me the docs in one PDF entitled "last CCA" and another entitled "my original CCA" and let me compare please.

Obviously that means I only want the most recent CCA & YOUR originals please. From that I'll tell you where you stand so you know.

For now, don't reply to any letters (until I comeback to you) .

Thanks Niddy, I have in the last month received my third CCA; although laid out differently the above mentioned t&cs are the same as the originals. All three sets of documents have been identical for both accounts, though not very legible!

It won't be enforceable now. A lot has changed since the original EN decision. We also now have Jo on board and I reckon she'll go with our belief that it is not an OD and was a running credit (regulated) agreement.

Do not tell anyone anything. If you REALLY want to leave a paper trail then request a new CCA using the correct address that you live at. Don't get into dialogue - just send a new CCA request. Start from scratch & see what THEY have (to compare against your originals)....

The paperwork that I sent Niddy looked though it could have been the back of the document, whereas this is a separate folded leaflet called your terms and conditions.
