    Muppets!
I've posted on the Credit Card PPI Claim board http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...ead.php?t=1655 there appears to be PPI on this card. Not sure if there is any point in reclaiming or not, given that any PPI wouldn't be as much as is currently owed... anyway meanwhile we ignore.

And... the postal order that Moorcroft have sent back to us is dated 6th April. The original CCA request which we sent to Westcot, NOT Moorcroft, was back in December... we have never sent a CCA request to Moorcroft for this.... so no idea what is going on here, muppets have sent someone else's postal order?
ps Niddy are you impressed I managed to log in as the right person :-)

Well done for logging in correctly lol - as for the above, just ignore things and see what happens next yea?

Regards to PPi, don't reclaim just yet - wait and see what happens with the claim first... only if they commence action (courts) do you then reclaim PPi etc to lower the debt balance!

        Thanks Niddy
Hey look I managed to log in properly again lol.
We'll leave sleeping dogs lie ... they still can't get their act together for a CCA so we'll leave them in their state of hopelessness!

Nice one - ok, have created a new thread for all the First Direct claim in the protected section - best of luck with that, keep all future replies in the new thread

Have you not had anything to report, other than the FD claim since April.....?

                Re: inneedofhelp UE Diary

                Evening!

                Barclaycard - is with Westcot.

                We CCA'd them in December.

They wrote back telling us to write to Barclaycard direct.

We wrote back saying "no you need to sort it".

Then Moorcroft then appeared to have the account as they wrote a month or so later, so we fired off the "Account sold" letter to them.

A couple of weeks later we had a letter from Midas (which is basically Moorcroft ) so we sent "Account sold" letter to them too...

Now have received another letter from Westcot threatening doorstep visit etc. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH.

We have never received anything as regards CCA. Not sure whether to just send Doorstep Visit or anything else with that?

I remembered to log in as the right person this time:-)

Some success - Westcot have written saying that NatWest (they actually say RBS but they have always got this wrong) have instructed them to close and return the file...

Wonder who will get it next. Just hope it's not DG :-)

Ooooh a new DCA - never heard of this one before..

for NatWest letter receied from Regal Credit Consultants. They like capital letters and they are INSTRUCTED by NatWest and they say DO NOT IGNORE their letter. They like underlining too. Gosh and if we call them it costs us 10p a minute. Let me think... nope we shall ignore them and wait to see what happens next.
