    Re: Ahhwell UE Diary

You have informed them that you will contact the FOS, that is all they need to know, if the FOS need anything from th,em they will contact them direct, meantime tell them nothing, some idiot at the end of a computer asking questions no doubt.?

Would you tell the enemy you will attack at 6 a.m. Zulu Time = NO, let them stew>,

when yyou raise a complaint with the FOS, they contact the creditor asking for info, they usually copy you in, so I wouldn't be helping this mob out at all.

        Thanks guys.

I will ignore and wait out the 6 months and then send the complaint. Well probably just over 4 months now but I know what I mean.

I have notified them of my intentions and that is it.

PS. Do I have to complain before 6 months or do I lose my rights, notwithstanding that what they have sent me as evidence is nonsense?

          Re: Ahhwell UE Diary

          Hmmm

Just been reading what Niddy has said with regard to Final Responses in DNW thread and also that the FOS do not have jurisdiction to deal with CCA request issues as this is a matter dealt with in the courts.

So even though I have given them notice to complain to the FOS do I just follow up with a Final Response Template?

These numpties have sent me an application form with only the address section filled out by someone elses hand writing, no signature or other details complete. Its a HSBC claim and they have given me a copy of Midland Bank Student Terms and conditions. It is so long ago that i do not recall having a Midland Bank CC before it went to HSBC, which I think is Pre 1999.

What would be best, follow up the complaint or send them a Final Response?

          Ahhwell

I will sit it out a few weeks and see, got about 4 months to go to FOS, but if they cannot do anything about it then it seems pointless wasting their time.

MKDP, MKRR and Raven Recoveries all sit under one roof and i have been batted around all 3 of them lol but they just keep biting at your ankles like Jack Russel's even though they talk nonsense

Keynes Collections also reside at the same address as MKDP & MKRR - it's Keynes that wrote to me with a possible letter before action, but nothing further from them in the last couple of weeks.

Yes they seem to like saying the same nonsense through different letter heads.

Well lets keep chipping away at them

Sorry for delayed response but all seems very quiet out there.

One thing I have popped back for though is I have recently moved and was wondering if its worth telling the debt companies I have even though they have failed to supply anything meaningful.

Altho the texts from Keynes come and go in batches.

Hope everyone else is doing well and working out how to clear their problems.

                      Best of luck all

I would as they then cannot issue N1 and get automatic default judgment? see what others state as well 1st.

Ah OK, if this is the case I may have to write to them but hope I get a few more replies to confirm.

But can you get default judgement with a load of nonsense documents?

                            Re: Ahhwell UE Diary

I had a good think about this over the weekend which has raised a couple of questions which would be helpful if you could give me some guidance on the matter.

Some companies have not contacted me for months and some for over a year plus.

What I do not want to do is send them a letter to say I've moved which will remind them about my circumstance and re-open or continue the case that may have just been forgotten.

The more recent correspondence I received was kind of at the 'ignore stage, unenforceable'

'Keynes' have been the most active and following their last letter they sent me texts to contact them all of which was ignored and has since stopped, last one was mid June

Could I have some advice on the matter please.

                            Thanks in advance.

To be honest give new address then they cannot get a CCJ by default, .
Keynes are keen (excuse the pun) at the moment it has been reported.
