    Ok first things first

Intrum can not bring a claim because they do not have authorisation - there are posts from Di and Jo saying that.

Equally important - an enforceable CCA is not the end of the story. There is a lot more to it. I had a fully enforceable agreement but Lowell lost ion court because they were relying on a default notice but oops Capital One hadn't sent one so they lost. There are also lots of other reasons so try not to get anxious

    Are you still paying?

Sometimes they think that just by providing statements they can show it's your debt and sometimes they think they have sent you stuff when they haven't. No need to tell them just file and keep quiet for now,

Intrum may just be seeing who to pass to next, see what the next letter says.

p.s. Did Niddy say if enforceable or not? Only above post just days " Niddy says"

Don't worry - even if the CCA is in order, there are still more technical arguments that can be used in the event they issue proceedings.

Good Morning, I have had a couple of debts returned from Moorcroft to Intrum.. Do I need to be concerned at all?

You've referred to a "couple of debts" so if one is the Lloyds Personal Loan which is the other one?

I see no reason to be concerned that Moorcroft (a Debt Collection Agency) has returned the accounts to Intrum. In the very least it means they're not going to pursue you so maybe they know there is something else which could make the debts unenforceable, or some other reason why they've decided to back down.

As NW says wait to see what happens next to each of them.

                      Di

                      • Hello Di! Hope you are well

Yes.. sorry I wasn't clear.. the other debt returned was my currently unenforceable overdraft debt also from Lloyd's..

I just wondered if this was a normal thing to happen.. (it looks like it is!)

                        • Hi Floss

Some of my debts went round the houses - owner>DCA>owner>DCA2>owner>DCA etc etc. Sometimes the same DCA would have it two or three times. In other words don't worry.

Hello Floss2020, I hope you are well too (thank you for asking)

So you have two debts currently with Intrum.

One is unenforceable (according to Niddy?) and the other may have an enforceable credit agreement (according to Niddy?).

From what I can see from posts on your thread you are a long way off from having legal proceedings issued so put that scary thought out of your mind!
