Hello Yes I think this might be the case.. I really need to check the dates of all of these cards as when I was burying my head in the sand, I shredded the letters ( I know... I should not have done this now in hindsight) When I took this card out with Lloyds, initially there was only one.. they kept increasing the credit limit.. then offered me a loan to pay off the card.. but I still kept the card and the loan.. Then they gave me another card.. that of course I maxed out! Oh the benefits of hindsight!!

What makes you think this debt has been reassigned to Vanquis by Intrum UK?
I see you are still paying it, so who do you pay?

This was on my account record from Payplan. I can see that that the creditor was Vanquis in 2010 and then in 2011 it changes to Intrum UK with a different account number then a week or so later the original vanquis account number is referenced again.. When I look at the payment history, the payments appear to be being made to Vanquis, not Intrum. I have asked Payplan to let me know the account numbers to which my payments are made, but they are unable to give me this information.

Good Morning. I have a very quick question ( I want to make sure I do this correctly ) When I send the CCA letters off, do I send these by recorded delivery or do I just need proof of posting from the P.O? Thank you!

always "Signed For" = name change (ex recorded delivery) as I have experienced lately and more than once proof of posting is not proof of delivery, a signature is decisive, ask the FOS who kept stating to me in the last 5 months that they never got a complaint bundle, even when I showed name date time an employee signed for it, they did then state your bundle received ummm no sorry just that they got it!I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. We do not normally recommend sending the S.78 CCA request by recorded delivery because it is rare that these are signed for. If you send by recorded delivery and there is no signature then the creditor can say they didn't receive it . If the S.78 CCA request is sent by 1st class post then it is deemed served under court rules - whether they receive it or not. Always obtain a certificate of posting (which is free) as that is your evidence that you sent it.Legal Disclaimer

Why not send a SAR to Payplan to see exactly who was being paid and when for all your debt. It might also show log notes from your creditors. It’s amazing how something in the notes which looks insignificant can be dynamite if things ever go legal.

I will look at the template letters and get a SAR over to Payplan as soon as I can. Brilliant advice

Hello ? I have another random question.. due to self quarantine, I have been having an admin nightmare... Does it matter if my CCA letters and POs have a different date? I have all of the info together and realised that the date on the letter is last week. Thank you ?
