Intrum can not bring a claim because they do not have authorisation - there are posts from Di and Jo saying that.
Equally important - an enforceable CCA is not the end of the story. There is a lot more to it. I had a fully enforceable agreement but Lowell lost ion court because they were relying on a default notice but oops Capital One hadn't sent one so they lost. There are also lots of other reasons so try not to get anxious
