Re: Pezman's Diary
I can't quite work out what is going on here. According to the diary, the request was sent on 29th August 2012, and an agreement, albeit an unenforceable one, was received on 14th September 2012.
If they responded to the request, how can they claim not to have received it? Did they use their psychic powers to ascertain that you wanted paperwork?
If it me, I would respond by sending another copy of the Missing Prescribed Terms letter of 22nd September 2012, along with a helpful short note saying something like -
“Dear Sirs,
I am in receipt of your letter dated xxth April 2013. Please note that your client responded to the request referred to in your letter, on 14th September 2012, and this response constitutes unquestionable proof that the request was indeed sent.
In response to the documentation received, I sent a letter to your clients on 22nd September 2012. As this letter outlines the current position, I enclose a copy for your perusal and convenience.
Yours Faithfully,”
That takes the situation back to where it was eight months ago, with the sending of the MPT letter, except, of course, that more time has now elapsed.
