    youre best to write your own letter, there is no real way to templating such things as each matter is bespoke

      Will do, and would I be able to ask them if they 'do' have a genuine copy of my signed CCA?

        Basically you would ask for the Documents that they will rely upon as I read it?

          That's how I read it, but they have never sent me a copy of my CCA - in fact Niddy deemed when they sent as unenforceable back in 28.05.12?

              I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
