        Hiya

too many emails are coming from you without the right link here, ie prior to emailing you must provide a post here saying what you've received, what account it is for and then say "emailed Niddy"....

I have therefore wiped all your emails - please start again and send one email, and explain first on here, why you're sending me them. If it is a bog standard letter then I don't need to see them, I only really look at agreements and/or legal stuff.

Please therefore update your diary and any missing gaps, create a new post and send me an email in relation to that post only.

        Thanks

Yes i did think maybe i shouldnt be sending all the letters i recieve for you to look at, they do sometimes just make me panic.
In the future do i just put on here an explanation of the letter, will someone point me in the right direction about if i need to reply and if so with which letter? Or should i really be looking on here for the correct letter to reply with.
          Thanks for your help.

Don't panic about anything. Niddy has seen so many letters etc from creditors/DCA's etc that he knows the content without you having to send them to him. When you get a letter, post the content on here, if Niddy needs to see it he may well ask you to email it to him. If its a standard sort of letter someone will advise you which letter to reply with, otherwise wait for Niddy to read your diary and he will advise you. I have been on the UE route and I have learned that a lot of the letters from creditors are very repetitive, and not really a major panic, so don't worry if you don't get an immediate reply.

                    Re: Angelag's ue Diary

I've recieved a letter from equidebt about a cca request i made for a cahoot loan my partner has. I havent actually put the details of this one on here, i've put my loan details on here with cahoot.
I had actually completely forgotten about it as we stopped making payments in the middle of last year.
They have sent a credit agreement which looks exactly the same as mine which is enforceable,so i assume this one is. It says on the covering letter it will be returned to santander. What happens now do we contact them to set up a repayment plan. We were previously paying through equidebt. It just worrys me now they will force us to pay the missed payments.

                    I hope that makes sense.

They can't force you to pay anything, just arrange what you can afford...... consider going through a DMP like PayPlan / CCCS

Ahh well then a CCJ won't matter too much, usually they only mean something is you own your home cos they can then go for a Charging Order - no such worries for you.....

I'd arrange whatever you can afford, either directly or via DMP.
