          Ok, basically what they sent is useless - there is no "recon" as they claim, all they have done is send you terms - WTF is all that about?

          It is however unenforceable

            Thats ok i know your busy, i'm just very grateful for any help you can give me.

            i've updated the barclaycard post again as i've recieved 2 more letters, just their terms and conditions and a letter to say they believe what they sent is correct and there is no dispute. I'll email them to you.
