Ok, presumably you sent a CCA Request to Natwest then? Did they cash your £1 cheque? If they did, you should continue to ignore as they are in breach and the account is unenforceable.

If they returned the cheque to you then send a CCA Request to whoever owns the account, i.e. Triton, with a new £1 payment. In any case, until they do comply this is account is and remains, unenforceable...

        Changes
You'll probably notice that your posts look different and have been moved about etc - that was me, tidying up the diary so don't worry - everything (relevant) is still here, just in a more economical order to work to!

        Best of luck y

Yes you have but you never answered any of my questions from previous updates. Basically I asked if you were paying and if so cease - were you / have you?

The letter they sent you can be ignored, it is their final response. No response necessary.

                          Hiya

Yea you need to start doing things properly otherwise it costs me time and that means I tend to forget to update things cos time is too precious to me when I am trying to single handedly deal with all UE things.... the easier you make things for me the faster you'll get replied.

                          Thanks
