I did pay them for quite sometime when I was on CAG as I was advised it was enforcable at the time, however will wait to see what Niddy's expert watchful eye says.

Have managed to keep them at bay for past 4 years or so but they seem to be getting desperate now.

Totally forgot about this one, for many years only ever received statements from Link Financial every 6 months or so and maybe few leters saying pay up or else.

Never paid since 2007 so would expect it to be SB however on checking a few of the statements they have allocated a £1 payment to this account in 2009 which would have been payment for the CCA that we applied for in 2009 is this allowed to be added to the account to restart SB clock, sure I have read somewhere that this is not allowed but not sure if was on AAD or when I was on CAG (many years ago now).

Now received a letter from Robinson Way today demanding payment, anybody any pointers on what we should do.

They obviously don't think its SB or do they and are just trying to bully us into paying.

Cheers Niddy for casting your expert eye over this CCA and declaring it We knew if anybody could find something wrong on this CCA , you could. To think for the past 3 years we always thought this was enforceable as when we were on CAG they deemed it enforceable and to be honest AK never bothered us so it never occured to ask Niddy to have a peek at this, but just recently Aktiv Kapital have raised their ugly heads again.

Niddy advised to send Missing Terms letter. but....not sure if I should delete section 2. stating:

The Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copies of Documents) Regulations 1983 (SI/1557) states: 2: Legibility of notices and copy documents and wording of prescribed Forms..

As the CCA was legible but missing main terms do I delete this and enter something else in or leave as letter stands.

Sorry for being a total dunderheid,

Not sure if this question should be in my Diary, but here goes.....

We are changing from Virgin Media to Sky at beginning of next month and Virgin have told us we can no longer keep our old/ancient blueyonder email addresses (had them for approx 20 years now).

Anyway how will this effect my membership with AAD. Do I just change my email address or will this cause me security problems and if so how do I change my email address with you Guys/Gals (don't want to lose contact with such a great site).

Half way down your member page, go to your account, then on left hand side there is the option to edit settings and towards the bottom on the left you can change your email address. It works!

Will I still send this reply even although its been about 4 weeks since I recieved the CCA copy. Not heard a peep from them since they sent the CCA copy.

If they've not been in touch with you since they sent it I would leave it until they write to you again. Spin it out as long as possible.
Sorry Mr M is still struggling, it's been a long haul hasn't it, for you both?
Sending hugs, you know where I am if you need anything
