    We don't know what the outcome might be because we don't have a crystal ball! Each case is different. As they haven't sent you a compliant agreement in response to your CCA request they 'shouldn't' be able to enforce it by issuing a summons. If they do try to take you to court we would help you to reslove it. As Niddy says:

    What will probably happen is that you'll get on the DCA roundabout with various DCAs sending threats or offers of 'help'. Just let us know when you receive any letters.
