        Final, unexpected, update from me. Letter received from PRAT to confirm the "credit file will be updated accordingly to reflect that Settlement in Full was paid". We were expecting either Partially Satisfied or Satisfied - but are over the moon that it will show it was settled in full. Doesn't make much difference as we have a bunch of other accounts defaulted and being paid through a DMP - but it feels like a small win!

        Once again - thanks to everyone here for the support and advice.
