Start sending these, start at the top and work down - give a month in between sending each:

You have recently made a request under section 77/78 for copies of various documents.
As you are aware LINK FINANCIAL purchased you debt from LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC on 29 july 2005 and as such we do not always hold this documentation. We have requested a copy of the agreement and the most recent terms and conditions your account was operated under from LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC and look forward to sending you this in the near future, however please be advised that this can take up to 30 days to provide.

So its now been 1 year 3 months lol
Ok, this is now unenforceable and remains so until they come out of default. Therefore stop payments (I know you already have) and basically await more formal contact being made then update us and we'll take it forward.

The letter they sent you is simply a "you missed this months payment...." Not worthy of a stamp let alone time to write a letter. Stop payments, sit tight and relax over this for the time being...

The covert tactics employed by Link Financial Limited and Link Financial Outsourcing Limited, does make one raise an eyebrow or two!

NO!! Do not resend the request! See above post

Normally I'd say yea, what harm BUT as this is so old and they're clutching at straws, I think leave it. In2deep isn't wrong; it's just I know the history from aaaaages ago

Right, you going to listen this time or ignore me again?

Stop paying, email me their most recent letter and confirm start date, original creditor, dca and balance.

Do NOT resend a cca as they are still in breach thus s.127 protects you - they CANNOT enforce it.

    Happy?

Great - use the link in my signature to send me their latest letter please.
