        It's MBNA (Standard Review) - Specialist Borrowing Team

        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.                         hi all
                        and thanks for all your help, is the " MBNA (Standard Review) - Specialist Borrowing Team" anything to be worried about or is this just the normal for them to get involved and do a credit check before default?

                              hi all,
                              just a quick update, I received a letter from mbna on Friday telling me my agreement has been terminated , my balance is just over £19k and they still require payment ( they have increased my balance by £3k since I lost my job and they refused to help and just ignored me when I said I didnt have any income and have always kept to my promise of £5.00 per month until things improve and Im back in work )
                              I will no longer receive monthly statements and they have registered a default on my credit file ( at least the interest will stop now, it then goes on to say they may sell the debt, or place the debt with an agent for recovery on their behalf, or apply for a ccj and get a charging order .
                              it then says if I am making payments to keep doing it and they will inform whoever buys they debt if they sell about my payments and financial circumstances !!! ( well they never took any notice of my financial circumstances so I don't expect the next lot to do anything different !)
                              it then goes on to say if I can make a reasonable offer to call to discuss.
