but I have received today a letter from mbna telling me of imminent termination of my agreement as I have now missed 5 payments, and should they not hear from me, they will be sending me ( if not already sent) a default notice. if the default notice is not satisfied it could lead to the registration of a default notice with the credit reference agencies and action to recover the full outstanding debt.
