You taking the piss??!! You seen the paperwork, .... Credit agreement - SORRY - naughty oscar - ahem, the application form. Then there is the slightly dubious DN - as if one served on 22/12 was going to reach me by 24/12 - then there is all the bank holidays etc - just to mention a couple of faults.

Even Arthur Daley wasnt this dodgy!

Well bugger me. I have just ordered a copy of my Equifax report online - just to have a quick look. My default for Marbles/Lowells has GONE!! - vanished, disappeared, eradicated. So thats a definate £5K gone.

I will print if off later, just in case it reappears at a later date.

All I need to do now is get rid of the Natwest one and I have a (fairly) clean file!!

After which, you'll probably get a letter from Mucky Hall or Aktiv Krapital reminding you about a £10 payment they've just discovered was made in 2009...

In theory, could they reinstate it with the CRA at a later date (but showing the original default data / effective date etc)? Reason I ask is because I remember reading under the Experian faqs that an organisation (BT I think) had taken their data from the CRA files temporarily whilst they conducted an internal review - with a view to reinstating it at a point in the future.

As nobody else has pointed this out, I suppose I shall have to...

The Equifax report proves that Lowells have lost your (or their) Marbles.
