Good morning,
i have recived the cca back from mint which i have sent to niddy today.
Triton have sent me a letter stating they have complied with the request for the cca,they now want me to send a up to date financial statment,with proof of income/list of outgoings and balances of all my debts.
this is to be provided by 14 days.
Any advice on what i should do while i wait for the cca to be checked,

Sweet FA!!! You don't need to do anything at all, especially not send them your financial details. They can wait until you are ready to send something, don't forget that its you who are in charge now and they wait for you to say what you are going to do

Hi all phone calls have all stopped plus nothing recived by post.

Hi all,
letter received from experto giving me 28 days to provide them with a incoming and outgoings information,plus my intentions of repayment.
There was no mention of the missing terms letter i have sent them.
Any advise please?

I bet they did not say which 28 days!! I suspect the letters crossed in the post so unless someone else comes up with something I would have a cup of tea and ignore them!

Good afternoon everyone,
i have today received a letter form fredrickson international ltd a letter before action,they want immediate full payment within 7 days or they will take me to county court plus they will add on extra costs of £326.They want to obtain a judgement or decree.They have still not complied with my cca request,the last i had heard from them they were trying to locate it at capitol one.What should i do now please,

today i have received a letter from fredricksons thanking me for my letter but stating it is unsigned so is not valid,our client will comply if i submit a signed request.It also quotes "in circumstances where no valid request has been made there can be no dispute regarding lack of compliance under the act,our clients position is that the outstanding balance is due and we have instructions to pursue the same".
They have given me 21 days to comply,
any advise.

i have sent them the threat by creditor threat-o-gram letter before action as advised by AAD,this is because they have threatened to take me to court,i am confused i did think it was about the CCA but i have received that,i have sent it to niddy to check,

When did you email the cca to Niddy? Has he replied?

It seems strange if they've sent the cca with a digitally-signed cca request but won't respond to the threat-o-gram letter

Sounds as if they're referring to the CCA request, not the threat-o-gram response. Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing ( ), as CCA has already been supplied, the eejits.
