Good morning everyone,
recived a letter from mint asking were is last months payment as i am on a payment plan,they say that if it is not recived they will pass it to the DC's.
Do i ignore as they have not replied with the CCA or do i pay,

Ignore - you want them to pass it on to a dca.

You should have had a reply from him by now (though he does get literally hundreds of PMs) but he's been very busy with behind-the-scenes forum rebuilding etc.

I've learnt from experience that there's no real rush with these things but perhaps you could email the cca to him again (with your username in subject line and no details removed from cca.)

Good evening,
just a update,have been getting 1 or more calls per day from experto,been going on now for 3 weeks,i never answer as i keep my phone unplugged and only check messages once a day.
I dont know which debt they are working for,why do they not get the message and write a letter,idiots,no mail recived for ages,

How long ago did you send your CCA request?

Did you get a reply from Niddy about the other agreement? Can't see anything on here...
