Letter received back today stating they have sent my request to the relevent department,they have also enclosed a reconstituted copy of my agreement plus the terms of my agreement.

still no CCA recieved just more letters asking for payment.

I Would draw any money you have with Lloyds out .......they could offset against your Lloyds CC account......close it down ASAP...

Hi,
I do not have any money in the lloyds account but i do need to close it just need the time to go into the bank.
I am going to send two more CCA's out this week,

Send this to capital one--> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Signature Request by Creditor/DCA

Include the original cca request & payment if it was returned.

I have a question,why do they ask for the signiture when they know they do not need it, is it a delay tactic or some other reason,

i have recived a letter form mbna stating they have sold my debt to varde investments(ireland)limited,is this a good thing or a bad.Dont know what is the next move,awaiting review of the cca from niddy,any advise would be much appreciated,

Neither good nor bad, MBNA have been selling most of their accounts, apparently they are leaving the UK market.
