Well all i can say is GO FOR IT PEOPLE! for the sake of a little time and effort trawling through paperwork it is definately worth it. I had a final response letter today and they upheld our complaint. The only thing was they made out the cheque in joint names so we couldnt cash it as we no longer have a joint account but they are sending two new ones so I just hope they dont nick it off me now.
