      ! more thing.

      I'll be putting my current address on the letter. Is that an issue if the account was purchased on an older address? Should I put that in there somewhere?

        Put all your previous addresses on the SAR, it will save them writing back and asking for more info.

          There is another query (I'll be done soon don't worry) - one of the loans is a joint one between me and the missus. I've got her details on the PPI form, should I rework the SAR letter to read 'us/our' etc and add her 'digital signature' to the bottom?

            Well what comes back will also relate to your wife if it was a joint loan or mortgage, so I would leave the template as it is, never change any wording in the templates whatever you do.

            Keep asking, there is always someone here who knows.

            And don't forget to send it recorded delivery.
