      Hi Di, yes I did email the CEO and complaints but all to no avail, reply back from CEO office was that we would pass this to the correct department, reply from complaints was sort of - so what, bugger off! I have now sent everything to the FOS, in about two years I should hear the same thing again I would imagine.

        How dare they ignore you!

        Okay, let the FOS deal with them now then, also request for further redress for the distress and inconvenience caused if you've not done so yet.

              Okay peeps update on this one.

              I called the FOS today because I had not heard back from them (docs sent 11 June) and even though they are busy I would have expected maybe an email or letter telling me they are looking into my complaint.

              It seems the FOS have lost all that I had sent them - bugger!

              I still have the form filled out on my computer so not a hardship but more time consuming, oh well - onward.

                  No Di, not a word, so I guess LTSB think this is dead and buried - surprise

                  They still deny the existence of my business account that I had for about 15 years as well

                        Update to this:

                        Sent all stuff to FOS at the begining of July, today I have a reply from the FOS telling me that my complaint is in the system now and because of the workload it could well be over 12 months before they get to sort it. Looks like a waiting game for sure.

                            It actually reads "we aim to resolve PPI complaints within 12 months but if your case is particularly complicated or an ombudsman has to review it, it could take much longer"

                              Hopefully it will not take that long though, fingers crossed, they have this timescale on all letters sent now, but they will try to resolve at their earlier convenience, as the business may decide to uphold and agree with the FOS decision to avoid having to pay out to the FOS as well.
