Yes but I tried £300 and £400 last year and we're doing this ppi reclaim?
I just wanted to know whether to write something to Lowells while we're waiting for the ppi claim or leave it as they just sent me this letter?
If you think we can pay it off at £200 - £400 and wait for the ppi claim to come in then yeah as long as they don't get the refund aswell as my F&F..

I would send Lowell a quick note with a copy of the Egg letter saying that you're reclaiming PPI which could expunge the debt and so you're politely requesting they put the account on hold until after they sort your reclaim, as you aint paying anyway!

That ought to keep them at bay for now....

Di or Niddy what shall I do about the letters from Lowells? I can't ignore them until I get a settlement on my PPI can I??

This letter is from EGG is standard, as the first confirmation response in regards of your complaint, the FSA have also given the main of them more time, you could though let them know about the hardship your currently under and ask if they could discreetly sort of fast track this if possible.

I will try getting hold of Niddy on this as well for his opinion on this. x
