Well, the administrators will always secure their fees first. But employees wages come after securred creditors.

The accounts in administration will be published on Deloitte website, along with the Administration report.

In that case you can claim 10 x £430 for redundancy £4300, if you earned over £430 per week. If you earned less that £430, then it will be 10 x your weeks wage.

You can then separately claim for 10 weeks notice at £430, but they wont pay this until you have been out of work for 10 weeks. You will need to claim JSA for this period.

Keep your eye on this appeal case. They should win.

we were never allowed to be part of a union as we were told they were not welcome in our store, so every thing is left to people like me who will not sit back and be walked all over

I can help you with the ET1 and how to word it.

You will need to put in for 90days protective award.

I made sure that I had everyones email address from work, then took 78 other claims with mine on an action that eventually became a joint claim.

They involved a large firm of London Solicitors, but they still lost.

Be prepared for a long haul.

Make sure that you put a claim for your lost notice and holidays, throug Deloitte as soon as you are made redundent. This will estalish your preferred claim against them. The will probably try and tell you that you will not be a preferred creditor. They are wrong.

I have a spreadsheet that I used for all 79 claimants individual claims, that I can forward to you if it helps.

It's not sponging off of the government, it's what we all pay our NI and Taxes for. We are the government, it's our money not theirs

You will need to get your claim in and register for JSA.

                          Your redundancy will be 10 x 210.

Your notice period will be 210 - JSA x 10
