    i have sent two cca requests to mbna for different accounts and had no reply on either ,whats the next step on this ???

      just wait, while they haven't replied they are in default of your request and the account is deemed unenforceable until they produce the correct paperwork (if ever....)

      Have you stopped paying?

          Ok, don't speak to them on the phone and let us know if anything comes back, anything at all.

            which they'd hurry up and default me, all i get is phone calls and text messages, they've even resorted to calling on mobile's to catch me out!

              I phoned back one of those mobile numbers and got a girl called Victoria. So I gave out the number on a live radio show I was doing the following week and asked all the listeners to ring her at odd hours

                i recieved this letter today in response of one of my cca requests ,together with a copy of my cca letter and the £1.00 postal order

                    Mrs Dopey. If a DCA rejects the fee are they off the hook? AIC have always sent back my postal orders and tell me to write to the OC not them. I obviously send back the "You're Wrong About That" template letter and then it goes silent until the next DCA picks up the baton
