I still get these "Notices" re. a debt that started off with Alliance & Leicester, went to Global Debt Management, then to Fenton Cooper.... and then.... can't remember where, to be honest.... but it's Santander who send them out now; every 6 months or so.

They're not worthy of a response.... although I'm sure they're hoping to get one. Just file it/them away somewhere.

Keep a copy of EVERYTHING sent
        Keep hold of EVERYTHING received

Indeed, as ELD says, they have to send them every so often under the new rules.

And a Statement of account every 12 months.

Yep, they have to send one out every so often under the CCA2006 provisions.

See Consumer Credit Act 2006 - Explanatory Notes

If they don't send them when they should, then until they do send one some agreements aren't enforceable. So they will send you one of those every 6 months or so to stay on the right side of the technicalities.

No big deal. Just file it.
