At the end of the day all he has to do is search through his last 10 statements - which is easy to do - and check for incoming payments. He has to be 100% certain prior to formally going to the FOS.

    Best of luck.
To clarify and cover the valid point above by CC, on the FOS complaint you should state that the reason you could not continue with the internal complaint process is due to ignorance on their behalf and send a copy of your last letters proving you have tried, this all goes against them and helps you - moreso you do not have to wait 8 weeks for them to "investigate" as it is theft, in essence.

You know your nephew could go to the cops and report it as theft from his bank..... which technically it is. However I still suspect he's taken a payday loan out with ONE OF QUIKQUIDS subsidiaries - see the upload from CleverClogs and you'll see their business names, ie Pounds to Purse etc......

But as a result of you trying mediation and being ignored, considering it aint your debt, they need to act quicker - they have not even acknowledged you exist thus it's fine to go straight to the FOS.... that will cost them £500 as well - so well done

I would like to see with what you threatened them, as the next step may be to take those jerks to the FOS, or it may be more appropriate simply to sue the silly sods.
