Bollocks - it's £29k - nothing to do with cca1974!
Even so, we may be able to utilise s.18 assuming theyve lumped interest etc on to take over £25k limit. As an aside..... one of the most reliable cars I ever owned cost me the grand price of £60!!!
It was an old Triumph Acclaim (auto). My daughter was seriously embarrassed by it when I dropped her off at school in the mornings.... but hey ho!
