Mercers DNs

Can anyone please advise how Mercers DNS are invalid?
Hoist are hot on my heels with court threats, and I want to be ready

We tend not to post all the details as we don't want to help them to rectify the fault ......... If you were to receive a claim the site can help you defeat them.
