I can't find the correct place to start this thread.
Basically, I think it's almost SB. I've recently received a friendly/helpful (lol) but also threatening letter from Mortimer Clarke, Cabots solicitors. I've just sent a SAR to Capital One and want to delay things with Mortimer Clarke for 4 months. Should I hold fire on sending them a CCA request until I get a formal 7 day LBA? I hope to have the SAR results fairly soon. Thanks.
