I pay £1 a month towards mine.

I hope instead that you get a judge with a brain cell, because if you do, luck will be superfluous.

the judge doesn't care for people struggling, he lowered the payment to £17 a month and wants a review in 6 months plus to see the business books and statements.

So there you have it people , we the little people are worth nothing but creditors get priority .

Hubby said the judge wasen't remotely interested in him and basically was all for Fairfax,

Hubby said can we send a CCA request to Fairfax even though they have a charge on the house ?

From my understanding on here the CCJ replaces the CCA so there is no reason for them to comply or you to send.
