And check your credit file etc is hardly advice. Also i imagine if one started a complaint all forums would be looked at.

CAG were (last I knew) being investigated by OFT for this exact reason, based on all their mods having in their siggy "any advice given...."

A disclaimer doesn't alter the fact they actually give advice. We do not. I am quite clear on that in the forum rules, the mod guidelines and within my signature but that doesn't mean that people won't see it as advice thus we could get a complaint, which to be fair would then result in my switching to our US server and US company to avoid any UK regulatory action.

Not at all, it needs merit for the regulatory bodies to investigate. However I'd not be happy at anyone here formally complaining about another forum - that's not how we do things.

Oh I'm looking forward to buying some of those novelty items aimed at the banks, I mean there are so many names you could call them and so many things they have done recently that deserve our attention - maybe start designing postcards to send them or even DCAs just to remind them of what a bunch of they really are.

Perhaps we could have a wee competition to come up with slogans etc and niddy to pick the winners to use.

I fully understand Niddy. I was just wondering, not suggesting.
Unlike some (not on here) I left the school yard many years ago, hard as it may be for you to believe and frankly i have bigger fish to fry.

Its a bespoke service mate, ie you pick your own but we'll also have some standard ones like (sadly) 'I love AAD' or 'I beat the Wankers' etc etc

But literally, we'll be open minded and allow anything you want..... however yea we could do a mini competition, I'll work on that tomorrow then!
