I do not want any correspondence sent to any address you hold on file or any phone calls at the moment. Given the nature of things I can afford to pay £25 a month and would like instruction on how to set this arrangement up. I would also ask that all interest be frozen until further noticed. Dear Faye,
The OFT Guidelines do not mention anything about such, I am simply saying I am unable to repay this as per the agreement and thus I am offering £25 per month for the time being until I get sorted.
I am not asking permission, I am telling you this is the way it is.

    ear ,
    Many thanks for your email.
Before we can discuss a payment plan we will need to try for payment as per your Loan Agreement terms and conditions on 28/03/2012. If this payment fails then a member of our Repayment Team will contact you.
Payment is taken from the Debit Card provided and not by Direct Debit. Please check with your card issuer regarding any authorisation charges.
As we work with a Credit Reference Agency, we share your account information on a monthly basis, so when you repay your loan on time, this could also help to improve your credit rating. However if you do not repay on time this could have a negative impact on your credit rating.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 0871 271 6111^ (Call charges apply 10p per minute from BT landlines, mobiles and other providers may vary). Our office is open 9am - 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday.
    Kind Regards,
    Faye

I replied with this on 26th March 2012

    Dear Leigh,

Thanks for your email. I note you state that interest will continue to be applied yet surely you must appreciate that is the equivalent of giving a drug addict free needles, i.e. I have stated I am unable to pay due to my finances yet here you are trying to cripple me with additional charges.

I suggest you reconsider and agree to full settlement of the balance as at today's date as this is all I am going to consider repaying, if you add interest and charges then forget it - It's pointless my even attempting to repay this.

Make an informed decision, come back to me and confirm it then we'll try and resolve this matter. Keep messing around and forget it - do what you want, you can't have what I don't have.

    Yours sincerely,

    Dear Leigh,

Then you leave me no option but to confirm I will not be repaying this bottomless pit.

If you change your mind, you have my email address and know how to reach me.
