Frankly that may yet come true, except it could be a "Big House" I will be living in .
It's being so cheerful that keeps me going

True it will take one hell of a lot more than that to get me back on the straight and narrow...don't think I was ever on it
But yes that is what I took away from it.....easier said than done for someone who just has to have the last word....but I guess I can wait 6 years before I have it!

There really are some very very wicked people on this site...I love it

Inspite of a few emails in the last 24 hours I have had two call, two emails and two txtx from wagedayadvance. When I answered the phone he just asked my name then said you havent made the arranged payment. I told him I wouldn't discuss it over the phone.
Am going to send them copies by post to the complaints department mentioning OFT investigations, Data protection etc.
Any thoughts.....bet you have a good idea CC?

I am not wasting my money on them. Just going to ignore them

CC you really are a smart arse with your sarky comments. But thank you for your advice.
I think, then, that my best course of action is to completely ignore them at the moment , use the "come back to me with a proper statement " line if they start to hassel me, then if they follow the legal route come and cry on your shoulder and beg for help

I have sometimes suggested that, following the "success" with usurious consumer credit, a similar licensing scheme be introduced for burglary. A licensed burglar would be immune from prosecution as long as s/he complied with a rigid Code of Conduct which would include such key points as:
    • Not removing any items of obvious sentimental attachment
    • Not burgling the same property more than twice in five years, unless there has been a change of owner
    • Never causing needless mess or mindless damage
    • Always leaving a business card behind that gives their registration details

I am sure that such a scheme could help to reform domestic and commercial burglary going forward.

    1. Wonky cannot issue a County Court summons themselves.
    2. Only a County Court can do that and they do not welcome competition.
    3. It is relatively unlikely that Wanka would try to litigate, as they're all mouth and crap Australian strides.
    4. Yes, there are, but I'm not one of them; there are people on here far more able than myself.
