    Reply is as follows.

Seems that he has ignored all of my most recent letters.

Do they have to keep recordings of all outgoing phone calls?
If so i know 100% that i originally asked for the account to be frozen way back in 2008. Latest October time.

Think i'm going to have to cross reference between all letters now as to make it simple for him to read and understand.

      any ideas?

why would you go to fos mate? what reason?

How are you communicating with these wankers? As you have no assets, ie a house, then they can't do much anyways!

Re: Lloyds Default Current account Letters

I ahd always disputed the amount and offered 1275 as full final to lloyds before it got passed on then i started working lots and then went going gung ho towards andrew cunningham hence a 815 refund onto the account after it first got passed on

then work took over again i stopped everything and only just recent had letters come though bcos of this.
