Don't panic NW. The sending of a copy of a microfiched copy of an application form does not make the account enforceable. The one they sent us as "the agreement" was rubbish as well. Just hold in there until Niddy has had a chance to take a look.

          regards

Ok thanks - keep us posted yea? If you're going down UE now then these types of complaints need to stop - you basically stick to the UE path......

                      Re: Credit Solutions

I got all of these letters from CSL & Power2Contact a couple of years ago over an Egg Account that is now paid off. I simply refused to deal with them over it and started paying the original creditor directly. Eventually, they (Egg) passed it on to Capquest, so I got a result of sorts and a new bunch of muppets to play with. I did have some fun with Capquest though so it was worth the aggro.

                      Regards.

                      Fred

                        hi all

sent the illegable template letter inclosing copy of document they sent me,
have today received a waffeling letter citing Carey as usual, telling me that they have complied with my s78 request
and that the alligation that the copy agreement provided does not comply with 'section 61' is 'misconceived'. Also the document would have been easily legible at the time of signiture
I am also to note that 'where a photocopy of an aplication form has been provided for my referance, this is not a copy of the complete document but of only one page,
and t&c, including prescribed terms would have been on the reverse.

Right so pointless responding to them again - see what the next DCA says, we'll then argue it with them
