PLEASE PLEASE READ ME!

I already have a list of all DCA's - please don't duplicate stuff or use the common ones. The info I asked you for was for smaller unknown or irregular firms that we rarely hear of.

I see above, AIC is listed - look at my main list on page one - its top of the tree! Its already added.

Comments and notes are not necessary, all I wanted was the name, address, phone/fax & webby address. The notes come later once the list is poulated.

Please guys, you're causing me more work!

I have had CL Finance, Cabot and Wescot as well but people have already put them on here. For future reference, in my cases they were acting for HSBC, Halifax and Egg respectively.

Remaining "issue" I have involves "two" companies (you've said they're the same but I'll give both lots of info):

I think you have covered most of the dumpheads I' ve dealt with:
Triton ( or is it Try-it-on )
Mercers ( usually announced on the phone with a scouse accent, bless ' em ! )
Wescott. ( Vanished without a trace, after first response from me )
Moorcroft ( left hand does not know that right hand exists )
Arrow Global up in Glasgow who seem to get others to do their dirty work, seemingly linked to Allied International Credit ( Uk ) Ltd
Experto Credite ( posh sounding name, probably some Del Boy outfit) ...and I also now have:
Calder, who seem to have taken the reigns from Mercers ( Barclaycard ) after apparently "satisfying" my CCA request with a bunch of terms & conds. Wonder who' s next ! Calder the only one still phoning. On the phone they said " but we never supply that information " when I told them they had not satisfied my CCA request.
Power to the people ! !

I guess that one of the board administrators has copied my above post to this thread from my UE diary

If you want any details of the above I have headed paper from all of them, so I can supply Company number etc.

2 that have intrigued me are Metropolitan Collection Services Ltd and Debt Managers Ltd as both have sent me items that use an abbreviated form of their name

Metropolitan Collection Services Ltd sent me a yellow plastic payment card to use at the post office - but the only company name on it is MCS Ltd

Their letters with bank payment slips at the bottom don't have any company name on the bank slip, only that they are for credit of HSBC Bank plc Head Office Collection Account and the Account is named as MCS for HSBC Collections

There is a company called MCS Ltd registered at Companies House - but it doesn't appear to be anything to do with Metropolitan


The letters from Debt Managers Ltd have bank paying in slips with the company named as DM Limited

There isn't a DM Ltd registered at Companies House, but there is a DM PLC but I don't think the 2 are connected

I've often thought that it might be interesting if Companies House (or MCS Ltd or DM Plc) were prompted to look into this, just to clarify that neither company is trying to pass themselves off as another company
