and for all you corrie fans!

Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas has been declared bankrupt following a disagreement over unpaid taxes.
It has since been revealed that HM Revenue and Customs filed a petition last week and Thomas has now been declared bankrupt, despite reportedly earning around £90,000 playing Todd Grimshaw.

Why is it always HMRC? I've gone back through this thread and all the celebs who've been made BR have been petitioned by the tax man. So don't these guys have financial advisers? Or maybe that's the advice they're given. Spend to the max, enjoy the moment, give your money away (so the OR can't touch it) and then go BR or let yourself be made BR.

usually it i HMRC who push for BR. They are quite heavy handed like that. But to be honest, if your famous, you can earn money again quite quickly.
