    Hi all
    parking charge notice received out of the blue from ukcps via daughter on a trip to uni.
    She had genuinely had a look and could see no reason why she could not park where she did whilst she went in one of the shops served , or so it appeared , by the car park.
    long story short , I read CMYRU s story and plagiarised M1s letter to suit my case.
    Got a popla code , sent the appeal / letter and my appeal has been upheld.
    Cheers all.
    Another victory for this fabulous site and it's contributors / supporters.
