I have all that info. I wrote to Mr Knight on 3 separate occasions and he didn't answer my letters (no surprise there).
Instead he got this very annoying man (boy) to ring me who was not a supervisor, manager, he didn't even have a title! He was the aftercare team person.... I asked several times to speak to someone higher and he said he was the highest person! I was slightly confused by this after asking his title about 10 times it seems he didn't have one. Yet, he was the highest person there! Anyway, he said that (reading from a script I think) that basically they didn't give a shit!
I also wrote to Creation and to all addresses and all the mangers, CEO's but to no avail...
So, I am now wondering what else I can do? I have followed their guidelines of their aftercare (or lack of it), spoke to the manager who sold the sofa (Mr **shiter - real name too) LOL and gone back to aftercare, back to manager of the store, back to aftercare, manager, etc...... I have complained to TS and CD and written to CEO Mr Knight and also to Creation.....
Need an ass kicking letter to send to Mr knight I think and also to Creation but need help with letter. I have the old letter I did that gives a picture of things and the rules of their own T&C's that they broke but as you can see they dont care. Need something more powerful and full of legislation I dont understand! Anyone?
