I've just had an Equifax alert!!

Seems opus have now marked me 4 (yes four) months in arrears!!

Screen print will follow tonight when I'm at a pc (on phone at mo)!

Oh I left that in cos that is what I do! My old job, to go into banks and ermmm, implement fraud detecting software which meant I have worked for all the banks, and thus know how they work! They forget this, but then they don't know "who" I am cos when I worked there, I was not exactly called Niddy!

Hey no need to appologise, a basic acount can be ok with the co-op I was just merely pointing out that they are no differant to any other bank in that profit comes first and redress comes last.

Most here probably know that, but it was aimed at the ones that come to this forum that do not and because the co-op brand is local and is a good bet in general as regards to shopping with there fair trade policy etc.

Just read this whole thread inc the letters pin ball that was better than a game of tennis lol really though what a shower they are.



Do not for one second think they are better than the main big banks, they are no different and took me 2.5 yrs to get just redress totalling 9k on 9 PPI policies.

They all use the damage limitation exercise the co-op bank is no different

I already have 4 other accounts - no need for basic banking (I'm not in debt remember)!

Basically I'm pissed that opus have affected my ability to obtain credit by this libellous data being present on my credit file. Therefore an offer of £25 is like me swapping a 1984 metro for a Porsche

It ain't so much the weak offer as the whole episode plus WHY NO CARD? that's what really pisses me off
