not happy job done paperwork agreement after work done (all of 10 minutes in total;+ also state complaints within 14 days only.all in time = I complained twice to the head office gave me template reputable about suppliers - complain again pointing out nonsense and few adverts for the item in question from£14.99 to £28.00 anywhere. sign here for your receipt. / agreement!

IT WAS A rip off I am87 and supposedlyHe was here 20 mins ,put a new piece on my dish and charged £298 which was supposed to be a discount. I asked for a detailed account but was not given one. it is time social media were warned about this company

My 87 year old disabled mother was taken for £249.80 for a 20 minute visit to “repair“ her sky connection. I suspect that she had just pressed the wrong button on her remote.
Still, apparently she got a pensioners discount?

Absolute rip off


Absolute rip off. Unskilled “engineer”!..did not fix Ariel problem even on second visit for which I was charged again! DO NOT USE…save your money and Google it then do it yourself.

Overpriced and Customer service.


My Son was moving into new house needed an aerial,I called this mob because they were on a website I seen called them up an engineer(darren) came out on 27/7/22 said didn't need a aerial could use the existing dish it would cost £162. Gave him the go ahead (Quad inb for freesat and a length of cable) cost from amazon £18, it took him 5-6 minutes to complete the job told my son to give him a call if needed help tuning in tv.That was fine my son moved in 1/9/22 got tv up but wasn't getting any channels called darren a couple of times no answer. I called the company next day said they would get an engineer out,this guy calls a couple of minutes later and said he could be there shortly, fine but it would cost me £75 as it was a separate job obviously told him where to go. Just putting this out there before anyone else gets fleeced. I will be emailing the company. ??

Overpriced and Worthless Guarentee


Overpriced, poor work and good luck with the guarentee/warranty. Two of the three lads they sent were lacking in skill but appeared to be trained to wriggle out of a guarentee. The price was more than double a local alternative. I felt they are totally dishonest.

Massively overpriced


Massively overpriced. Wanted 400+ to fit a dish and a bit of cable. I am knocked it down to 300 no questions asked (because he clearly knew he was ripping me off) and I agreed for the convenience of him being on site and ready to go. Job was probably work 100-200 at most.

Even after I agreed to terms and the job was done, he tried to haggle on terms of guarantee.

Avoid.
