    Austrian Company over Ebay

    Hi!
    I bought a gift for my daugther on Ebay and this company is from Austria. What are my consumer rights if the company is abroad? Are they the same like in the UK?

    Depends on your query. If they've not delivered or scammed you raise a dispute via paypal. If it's for warranty purposes, then as I say, it depends.

        What did you buy, what brand and when did you buy it?

        p.s Why are you posting under 2 accounts / user accounts? You can only have 1 account on AAD.
