I have read a thread OTR which helped as well (posted by one of our own I hasten to add)
I will wait
If they do go down that route I will follow the procedures (with a little help from my friends) and request all the documents I need without wasting a tenner.
If anyone has a better idea I am open to offers but for now (and for once) I WILL NOT WORRY about it
