So over the last couple of years my mailbox has been bombarded with emails from payday loan companies for new business.

Now apparently the payday loan industry has cleaned up its act, and doesn't encourage people to borrow more than they can afford etc.

Am just about to take my DMP back "inhouse" and want to get full statements from the payday loan companies. I understand that a CCA request for £1 is enough to get that, is that right?. So it would be details of the loan, interest , charges...
