Subject Access Request
You would send the Advanced SAR in order to obtain all information that an organisation holds about you (the data subject). You must remember to send the £10 fee so if you have a joint account then make the template into a joint version with both names and both signatures and you'll still only need one £10 fee. Ideally send it Recorded Delivery or at the very least obtain Proof of Postage.

CCA Request (s.77, s.78, s.79)
You would send the CCA Request to your creditor / DCA with a £1 postal order fee. Ideally send it Recorded Delivery or at the very least obtain Proof of Postage. This template covers all elements of s.77 - s.79 so you can send it regardless if you have a loan (s.77), credit card (s.78) or hire purchase (s.79).
