I’m wondering if anyone has any advice please as the situation is snowballing…
We managed to run a big debt with Npower for electric. Back in July 2019 I agreed a repayment plan which would see the debt clear in 2023. We were making our payments fine. However, Npower became part of E.on Next and when it transferred across I was told that they could not keep the debt separate so I couldn’t allocate payments specifically for the outstanding balance. Over time it has escalated and with the energy prices it is really getting out of hand. We are making no headway on getting this balance down, it’s just going up.
Does anyone have any ideas about how I can tackle this please?
